RETURNS

We will roughly screen the basic qualification of all submitted applications in the first stage.
      2. Goods Inspection Standard: After receiving the returned goods, the professional team will conduct comprehensive inspection on appearance, function, accessories and packaging. The final processing result will be determined based on the actual inspection situation.
      3. Service Processing Principle: We strive to handle all eligible return applications in an orderly manner and properly reply to users’ consultation and demands related to return services.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
